Even if we signup 20,000 homeowner subscribers from your city, there still is NO GUARANTEE that our biz members—on average, will be able to generate ten (10) referral  clients per year for our realtors so you can earn $500/month working 1 hr/day.

As per BNI, a  50-member group, on average, generates $10,000 referral business for each member. Our 50-member groups may not be able to it.

Although our 0.5% yearly closing ratio is loosely based upon the book 'The Millionaire Real Estate Agent' by Gary Keller. As per Gary, properly nurtured non-met prospective clients buy services, on average, at 2% yearly closing ratio. There is NO GUARANTEE that Maxment will be able to achieve 0.5% yearly closing ratio.

In addition, each business is different and there are so many variables that can affect your closing ratio.
